DESCRIPTION: Let's head outside for some sunshine and flow! Expect to be challenged physically while taking this hour to reconnect with Mother Nature and YOU — your breath, body, mind and soul. Setting aside space for yourself is the biggest challenge — stepping onto your mat is the great reward.

Please bring your mat, towel, and water bottle and arrive no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of class.

Weather call will be made 1 hour prior to class. If class is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will receive a pass credit back to book a future class (outdoor or future in studio).
