DESCRIPTION: Join our fun and inclusive yoga classes for residents of The Louvre and Central Tower! This is a one hour vinyasa flow practice in honour of the  Summer Solstice. Suitable for all levels of yoga as we connect breath with movement. Expect to be challenged physically while taking this hour to reconnect with YOU — your breath, body, mind and soul. Setting aside space for yourself is the biggest challenge — stepping onto your mat is the great reward.

Note: Class requires 4 participants registered by 1 PM on Tuesday in order for class to go ahead. Attendees will be notified by this time if class is cancelled or going ahead.
