DESCRIPTION: Join our fun and inclusive yoga classes for residents of The Louvre and Central Tower! This is a one hour vinyasa flow practice suitable for all levels of yoga as we connect breath with movement. Expect to be challenged physically while taking this hour to reconnect with YOU — your breath, body, mind and soul. Setting aside space for yourself is the biggest challenge — stepping onto your mat is the great reward.

Note: In the case of inclement weather, the class will be moved from the courtyard into the studio indoors. Class requires 4 participants registered by 1 PM on Tuesday in order for class to go ahead. Attendees will be notified by this time if class is cancelled or going ahead.
