Description
Sundays are for sweetness. This class incorporates elements of yin, stretchy flows and meditation to let go of the last week and get ready for the week ahead. This class is perfect for beginners as well as advanced yogis and athletes who need to balance out their yang practices and stretch deeply into their connective tissue. Expect to leave class feeling calm and rejuvenated.

Important note: Given the rise in COVID-19 cases among the unvaccinated, students attending a class with me are required to provide proof of double vaccination prior to attending class. This proof of vaccination will be noted on your account so you will only have to show it to me once. Masks will be required upon entering the studio and until you have reached your mat. Capacity for each class is limited to 12 so we can be well-spaced out within the studio.
