Reconnect with your body and mind in our Postpartum Yoga class. 🌿 This session is all about gently strengthening your pelvic floor and core, and taking a moment for yourself in a supportive environment. Babies are welcome, so you can keep them close as you move. 🤱

This is also a space to connect with other moms, share experiences, and support each other through this journey. 💬 Choose what works best for you—$20 for a drop-in or opt for a class pass.
