We are excited to share this upcoming workshop!! Come together in this 2 hour experience with Jessica Noche, E-RYT-500, instructor at Kramas Yoga.

We start with 90 minutes of yin, layering aromas into a relaxing and insightful journey of unfolding the chakras. We will work our way from the root to the crown exploring chakra characteristics, aligned with mudras, visualizations and affirmations, and an elongated savasana. You’ll also create your own aroma-diffusing chakra bracelet to take home.
