Designed to build strength, balance, and joy, this all-levels empowered flow will deliver a workout AND work in. Reflection and stillness is woven through a powerful series of poses that will stoke energy and allow us to burn brighter.
There will be a five minute quiet transition period between 4:15-5:15 Radiant Flow class, and this guided meditation. Students can stay if they attend the Radiant Flow class, or they are welcome to enter between 5:15-5:20pm to join the meditation group.
