DESCRIPTION: Come join me for an evening of restorative yoga celebrating the Full Moon and what it means for us.  We can work with the themes and energies of a Full Moon a few days before and after its peak, so don’t worry… we didn’t miss it 😉.  The Full Moon is a powerful time for inner work - for looking within, healing, shifting blocks and shedding the past.  Each full moon lines up with a zodiac sign, giving off its own special vibe, and each sign offers a different vibration and range of themes for us to work with.  My hope is to hold space for you all to deeply relax, allow for introspection, learn a little astrology, enjoy a sound bath and walk out feeling wonderfully nourished.
