DESCRIPTION: Relax & Flow is a gentle, therapeutic practice  - not fast-paced exercise, but organic flowing movements and mindful breathing that bring you home to your body.  Sometimes therapeutic, sometimes poses you would probably recognize, but always an exploration of what feels good in your body in the moment.

Together we release tension, reconnect inward and cultivate real calm.  

To feel more ease.  More grounding.  More room to breathe.

No prior yoga experience is needed - only the desire to slow down and feel better in your body.
