DESCRIPTION: A fun filled flowing vinyasa class. Each week the practice will have a different flow and focus. Not suitable for beginners.
There will be no class on Monday 6th May with the bank holiday.
Please note that Orla is having some surgery on the 26th 
April so Grainne Finnegan will be stepping in to help out while Orla recovers. She hope to be back teaching after 1-2 weeks.
