Im going to run a couple of classes over the christmas break to keep us all moving, fit and healthy. Christmas can be a stressful time for alot of us...so lets makes some plans for some Recharge and reset ourselves.

Ill be offering 2 classes over the week with the week Monday 23rd- 10.000am-11.15am - Yoga Class 20euro

Friday 27th 10.00am- 11.15am. 

This classes are unfortunately not suitable for total beginners.
Ill make some nice Bliss Balls and Coffee for after for those who would like to stay and have a catch up.
