Our Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga class allows you to bond with your baby while exercising safely, helping to strengthen your mind and body after giving birth.

The classes are completely baby-led, so your baby can cry, laugh, sleep or feed during the session! We want you to feel at ease so you’re welcome to tend to your baby, as they need it.

Suitable from 6 weeks to crawling at speed
Mum gets to work on her core, pelvic floor, upper & lower back, shoulders and sanity
Lots of fun, stretching, strengthening & learning for baby
Enjoy learning beneficial yoga moves
