Due to popular demand..Our inversion Gang is back.
A prerequisite for this class is an ability to hold a headstand and be able to kick to the wall in handstand.

It is aimed at any person who has an interest in learning the basis tools to begin their journey to learning about Yoga.
The 6 week course will build week by week to help us gain an understanding of the reasons why we should practice yoga.
We will work on breathing exercises each week to help us relax and reduce stress in our Minds and bodies.
Each week we will also look at several poses to help us strengthen our bodies and help us work with injuries or misalignment in our postures.

I know alot of you have been attending Zoom meetings for work but for those who haven’t please take time to get to know how to use Zoom, download the app and get familiar with it ,finding a place in your home that you can set up your yoga mat so you are visible on camera to your teacher and find and get device that you can play your playlist .



All classes will be live. If for some reason the teachers internet fails at any point and we lose you…class link will be sent to you that same day so class will not be missed. All teachers have a strong internet connection and hope not to have any Zoom mishaps.

If you have not already attended a zoom online yoga class with us we highly recommended that you spend some time beforehand getting your zoom and playlist set up in advance so that we are all ready to enjoy class with no technical issues (hopefully)

Please ensure when you join that your mics are muted during class unless you need to ask a question.
The experience will be a better one if you stream music to your own device, eg, separate bluetooth speaker .

Lets enjoy a short 4 week rocket Course with Deirdre before she heads on to enjoy her wedding and hopefully a blissful break after.
With the challenge finishing on the 31st May...we thought for just one week we would have Deirdres rocket class on the Wednesday and then for the following 3 weeks...back to her usual Tuesday slot.
This course is held via zoom only. Once you have registered for class you’ll received the zoom links and further instructions. Super fun class….not suitable for a beginner Yogi. A recorded option is also available for those who cannot attend the course at the live time.

Rocket Yoga is a fast-paced practice and has a dynamic flow. It has a structure, and a system of sequences based on repetition consisting of Surya Namaskar, standing poses, seated poses, twists, and bends. This repetition builds core strength, opens up the body, and sets you up for fun yet challenging inversions. While rocket yoga definitely challenges you to step outside your comfort zone you are encouraged modify, making it a practice that improves body awareness and encourages you to listen inwards and adapt to suit your body. After working hard we will always have a long, slow, blissful cool down and allow the body to slow down and tune inwards, finished with a beautiful, relaxing Savasana. Whenever you’re practicing Rocket, you can always expect to work hard, laugh, have fun, and be playful with your practice. I can’t wait to share it with you all on Tuesday evenings...(with one wednesday)!
