Slowing down this dynamic class to take some time to break down each of the weighted moves matched with a pose. ZenSculpt combines the strength of weight training with the balance and focus of yoga for a full body toning and sculpting workout.  Beginning with mini band movements and ab exercises, we move into practicing some of your favorite standing and single leg balancing yoga poses with/without 3-5 lbs dumbbells (Provide your weights). (WEIGHTS OPTIONAL) 
NOTE: It is important to have a good foundation and alignment along with body stability in all the poses while slowly controlling the movements with your weights (or no weights).  It is important to be aware of your own limitations and modify/skip movements or poses as needed during the class.
