This dynamic class blends the strength of weight training with the balance and focus of yoga, offering a full-body toning and sculpting workout. We begin with mini band movements and core-focused exercises, then transition into some of your favorite standing and single-leg balancing yoga poses—enhanced with 3–5 lb dumbbells. (Please bring your own weights.)

Note: A strong foundation, proper alignment, and body stability are essential. Movements should be slow and controlled, whether using weights or not.
