DESCRIPTION: 👉  BOOK AT LEAST 2HRS BEFORE START TIME.

A challenging, higher intensity class to tone, strengthen and balance the body. Starting with a gentle warm up and Sun Salutations followed by adding weights (or no weights) in a sequence of standing/balance poses with vinyasa flows (transitions). This will lead you to a series of poses with you seated, on your stomach, and on your back while ending with shavasana. (Must provide your own weights)

Note: It is important to have  a good foundation and alignment along with body stability in all the poses while slow controlled movements with your weights (or no weights). All movements with or without weights, should be slow and controlled.
