DESCRIPTION: Engaging the mind and body with a combination of Hatha and Yin Yoga. We begin with a traditional warm up then moving to a series of standing poses as we flow with our breath with no vinyasas/transitions to strength and improve posture. The second half of class, we move into calming the mind and body with mainly seated postures with longer, passive holds as you finish the practice in Shavasana. This class is 60 minutes. (12)
