💪You have the option to add an extra element of strength by adding your own 1-3# weights.

You will find this 60 minute class physically challenging as it strengthens and elongates the muscles and improves posture along with many other benefits. Starting out with a gentle warm up and Sun Salutations followed by a sequence of standing/balance poses with transitions as we flow with the breath. This will lead you to a series of poses with you seated, on your stomach, and on your back while ending with shavasana, the final relaxation pose. 
Option: Add an extra element of strength by adding 1-3# weights during a specific section of out practice. Must provide your own weights.
