A challenging, higher intensity class to tone, strengthen and balance the body.  We start with a warm up and Sun Salutations followed abs/mini bands then adding weights (or no weights) in a sequence of standing/balance poses with vinyasa flows (transitions). This will lead you to a series of poses with you seated, on your stomach, and on your back while ending with shavasana. (Must provide your own weights)

Note: It is important to have a good foundation and alignment along with body stability in all the poses while slowly controlling the movements with your weights (or no weights).
