Description
10 Minute pranayama (breathwork) practice for summer cooling. One’s body is not a project or a problem. It is the place each of us is always (and already) living from. Embodied practice can turn us toward that reality and away from tendencies to dissociate. To live in each of our changing, growing, yearning, dying, aging bodies is to be in touch with what is profoundly human. Practice is not to degrade oneself or aggrandize oneself, but to find the complexity of life as it is on a human scale.
