Date: Weds, October 11th from 6pm-7pm

Join Kat from 6PM-7PM for a restorative flow yoga practice. We will begin with gentle yoga movement and pranayama focused on stress reduction to prepare the body to rest and restore. Props will be used to allow for total body support in simple, long-held poses. Soothing to the nervous system, nurturing to mind and body, Restorative yoga is a perfect reset to our busy lifestyles.
