Soothing to the nervous system, nurturing to mind and body, yoga is a perfect reset to our busy lifestyles. The practice may include a combination of restorative poses, meditation, and breath work. Props are suggested (pillow/bolster), books/blocks, or strap.

Participants will receive the log-in link 30 minutes prior to class.
