In 2023, I initiated my yoga journey at Black Swan Yoga, subsequent to a spinal injury incurred in an accident, which led me to discover asana practice. Following my teacher's recommendation, I pursued and successfully completed a 200hr yoga teacher certification through a scholarship program. Within a year, I accumulated over 300 hours of studio practice and completed my teacher training, supplemented by a 300hr yoga therapeutics course. I was awarded a scholarship by the Trini Foundation to study Ashtanga yoga. Currently, I instruct yoga for pain management at a local boxing gym, integrating my two years of group fitness expertise. Outside of yoga, I enjoy street photography in downtown SA.

Whether you’re here to sweat a little, clear your head, or just breathe deeper, you’ll be met with options to support your body and your energy level. Expect upbeat vibes, great music, and a judgment-free zone where your only job is to show up and be you.
