Luminous Joy Yoga pairs the relaxation of a Gentle Class with a bit of a Vinyasa Flow. The focus is on building strength and balance through vinyasa flows as well as slow flows and meditation. This class will take place outside on the patio in front of the studio, weather permitting. If the weather is not great, we will move inside.
