Through mindful movement and breath, Kristin invites you to explore your practice with curiosity, releasing expectations, and discovering the strength that comes from simply being you.

Description

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Poses are held for extended periods—typically 3 to 5 minutes—to encourage deep release and stillness. With a focus on breath, mindfulness, and inner awareness, Yin Yoga promotes flexibility, relaxation, and a calming of the nervous system. It’s suitable for all levels and especially beneficial for those seeking balance, stress relief, and deeper introspection.
