Unwind and settle into the evening with this calming online yoga class focused on meditation and yin yoga. Designed to help you slow down after a long day, this gentle practice encourages deep relaxation, quiet reflection, and nervous system reset as you prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Long, supported poses are held comfortably to release tension and invite ease into the body and mind. Yogis of all levels are welcome. Please have pillows and blankets nearby for extra support and coziness. This class is offered online only!
