Gentle Joy Yoga is a calming, all-levels class designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit. Through slow, mindful movement, meditation, and deep relaxation, students are guided to reconnect with inner peace and joy. Blending the fluid energy of Qi Gong with the grounding practices of yoga, this class supports greater balance, centeredness, and presence.
