Diese 90' Yoga Session enthält den 8voll Yoga "Energetic Yoga Flow" inklusive einer längeren Entspannungszeit (Atemübungen und Meditation inklusive).
Benötigst du meine Yogapraxis-Anleitungen in Hochdeutsch oder Englisch, teile dies bitte ungeniert vorher mit. Im Studio haben wir diverse Yoga-Props (Yoga-Rolle, Wolldecke, Yoga-Block, Yoga-Gurt). Wenn möglich, besorge dir diese Yoga-Props auch für deinen Online-Kurs Zuhause.

This 90' yoga session contains the 8voll Yoga "Energetic Yoga Flow" including a longer relaxation time (breathing exercises and meditation included).
If you need my yoga practice instructions in standard German or English, please let us know in advance. In the studio we have various yoga props (yoga roll, wool blanket, yoga block, yoga strap). If possible, get these yoga props for your online class at home too.
