Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a set series of postures woven together with breath awareness using flowing movements to create one sequence. Each connecting move is synchronised with the breathing technique known as Ujjayi Pranayama. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a beautiful practice that can be approached gently or dynamically depending on moon cycle and student needs. Sharpen your senses and work with internal energy centres to lighten both the body and mind. We top and tail the class with chanting and inspirational yogic insights. Be seen, not for what you wear, but for who you are. We make every breath counts.

All poses can be modified to work with individual needs.
