What to expect:
Poses with instructions, Breathing, Floating.
(Ashtanga Half Primary sequence and some).
This is an informative session of yoga where you will learn how the poses work for your body, being offered modifications as we proceed through the sequence. Feel empowered as you learn to grasp the sequence and energised by the pace of the class. The class will start and end with breathing awareness, chanting and inspirational words. As always I am intuitively guided with how to pace and run each session. Trust that I am listening to what your spirit is seeking at this time.

Yoga is a fluid, flowing and evolving system. This style of practice encourages us to show up ready and eager to meet whatever arises within us. Through focus and discipline, you will learn to let go of tension and embrace peace of mind.

This is suitable for a complete beginner. You will be guided all the way with support on how you are doing.

Bring to class:
Hand towel, mat, one blanket and any yoga props you may already have in your home.

We have a 2 hour cancellation policy, no charge for rescheduling or cancellation before this time, full charge after. Please be sure to book 30 minutes before class commences to ensure you receive the password for this session.
