Description

Meditation served in a very different way.
For the person who finds it hard to:
- stop
- meditate
- sleep
- relax
- let go
this is a class for you.

What to expect:::
Music
Movement
Stillness
Silence
Floating

For all of that to happen you will need to bring:
- 2 or 3 blankets (large enough to cover your whole body)
- A thick mat or two
- 1 or 2 pillows
- Yoga bricks and any bolsters
- Blindfold (something long that you can wrap around your head)

please, please bring as much of the above as possible.
