A checking in with one another each evening to find our way through the evening in a relevant and helpful way. Sharing stillness, embodied and attentive presence, openness, poetry and readings with one another during this contemplative practice each Wednesday. Designed each evening to work with who arrives and how we might best encourage, nourish and support ourselves and one another. No special prerequisites. Show up as you are and we’ll support one another and ourselves as we practice meeting ourselves adn one another. About 30 minutes each evening.
