I have been practicing yoga for 15 years. I received my YTT from One Down Dog in Los Angeles, CA.
Description
An all-levels, steady yoga class to ease into your breath, your body, and reset for whatever the week may hold.
✨ Suitable for all levels—beginner or advanced yogi.
🌱 We’ll focus on:
- Pelvic floor & core engagement for strength and stability 💪
- Somatic movement practices for releasing tension and increasing body awareness
- Breathwork to soothe the nervous system and relieve stress
Arrive as you are, at your rhythm, and enjoy starting your Sunday invigorated and centered. 💛
What to Bring & Wear:
- A loose outfit you can move in
- A yoga mat and any additional props, if needed
- Water (not strictly necessary)
- Sunscreen — we’ll be outside and have limited shade
Weather Note:
- We’ll only be canceling if it’s raining—class will still take place if it’s cold so dress in layers and get cozy!
