Description

Yoga + Strengthening + Sculpting, using bodyweight and weights (optional) to build up muscles and counter all the sitting, hunching, and stress we get in our daily lives. In this class, we will do some yoga sequences to get warmed up and mix in weight training (repeated sequences), squats, bicep curls, tricep curls, core, etc.

What to bring:
- yoga mat
- block(s)
- optional weights (2, 3, 5, or 8 pounds)
