I love yoga because it stirs up stagnant energies held within the body. Brings things to the surface to be observed, and at times released. Yoga teaches us how to purify and heal the physical and subtle bodies so that we can find clarity, peace and deeper states of love. I am passionate about conscious movement, movement with the breath, meditation and the vedas. I try teach from a place of vulnerability and personal experience, and like to incorporate some pranayama and meditation (or a juicy long savasana) into most of my classes. I admire the strength that is found or realised through yoga, and hope to help my students discover and embody this strength.

Description

This Meditation will run for approximately 20 minutes, utilising a self guided technique & than have time to chat and share experiences afterwards
Group meditations are one of our favourite ways to deepen & inspire your practise, increase accountability & meet like minded people!
If you have an already established practise, you are also welcome to come along and practise your usual technique!
