Description
This Hatha Yoga class is especially suited for office workers, with the main goals of improving posture, strength and flexibility. In addition, memory and concentration will be stimulated using specific neuro-exercises, while the breath-centric movements will help in regulating the autonomic nervous system to reduce stress and improve the mood.
