In this workshop we will learn how any stress (either internal or external) affects our physiology, our emotions , our thoughts and our behaviors. We will learn a few Yoga techniques that can help us in dealing with stressful situations.
The Yoga practices will include a series of asanas (accessibile to almost everyone), coordinated with the breath, a couple of breathing exercises to calm our anxiety (or for those who need it, to lift up their depression), an active meditation that employs hand gestures and tones, and finally a guided Yoga nidra (a practice of deep relaxation).
At the end of the workshop, I will provide handouts with the Yoga practices, to give the possibility to continue practicing at home.
The workshop is donation based (minimum 5-10 Euros) to cover up the expenses of the room
