Join Sophie as she guides you through these restorative pregnancy yoga classes; each week exploring a different theme in a relaxed, cosy environment (soothing music, twinkly lights).

Pregnancy Yoga is the perfect way to help prepare your mind & body for birth. These sessions are suitable for anyone in their second or third trimester of pregnancy and can help with the following:
- Easing aches and pains
- Building strength to support your growing body
- Learning relaxation techniques to support a calm pregnancy, birth & beyond
- Reducing anxiety around birth & reframing negative thoughts
- Feeling supported and understood as you surround yourself with like-minded women on the same journey

Good to know:
- Sophie is a Registered Yoga Teacher, certified in Pre & Postnatal Yoga & as a Breathe Instructor
- Classes are booked in rolling 6 week blocks (start anytime), priced at £57. This will be for 6 consecutive weeks - please advise if there are any sessions within your 6 week block that you aren't able to attend (holidays etc.) and I can roll the booking on for you. The pass is valid for 7 weeks, giving you one 'pass' if needed!
- You are welcome to trial your first class before committing to see what you think
- Mats & yoga props (bolster cushions & blocks) are provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer, as well as a blanket / extra layer for the relaxation.
