Emily Wray
Emily is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher who uses movement as a way to reconnect mind and body. Alongside teaching, she works as a management consultant, and yoga has become the space where she finds balance, grounding, and perspective.
My approach to teaching is rooted in the belief that movement builds more than physical strength. Through mindful, accessible practices, I create space to cultivate self-belief, resilience, self-worth, and acceptance, both on and off the mat.
