Description
This is a balanced and dynamic yoga practice that combines breathing with movement into Asanas (postures) that encourage strength and flexibility. Your mind will be focussed and calm, your energy balanced and your stress relieved. You can take challenging poses or go for modified poses that suit your body best. This is a fully designed session that will ensure you have an all over body workout.
The 1 hour classes mostly follow this format:
Pranayama (breath work)
Warm up with some yoga, pilates and mobility exercises
Yoga sequences such as sun salutations
Dynamic flow sequenced movements
A focus on one posture (different in each class)
Slow seated postures to wind down
Shavasanah (short relaxation)
