Description
This class combines breath, movement, strength, and flexibility in such a way that students begin to explore the feeling of the postures, rather than seeing the poses. While physically challenging, this class is accessible and safe for practitioners of all levels. You will leave the class by feeling calm, relaxed and energised. Class will start with pranayama and a short meditation, and will end with a well deserved relaxation.
