Our mandala class will take you on a journey around your mat, embracing slow but strong movement as you circle gracefully. The mandala sequence will be bookended with yin postures and time to ground and rest in stillness. This class offers you a repetitive circling sequence allowing you to sink into deep connection between your mind, body and breath, as well as create strength and space in the body. Sequences will be modified, and variations given, to make it accessible to many. Plus they’ll be beautiful pockets of stillness and a deeply relaxing shavasana to end.
