Our Strong Slow Flow (with yin) will see you embracing slow but strong movement as you move with a steady breath, allowing you to sink into deep connection between your mind and body, whilst creating strength and space in the body. After moving through the stronger part of the class we’ll wind down into some releasing yin postures. Sequences will be modified, and variations given, to make it accessible to many. Plus they’ll be beautiful pockets of stillness and a deeply relaxing shavasana to end.
