Explore the fundamentals of a flowing yoga practice as well as traditional poses, pranayama (breathing techniques), and the benefit of relaxation. You’ll challenge yourself as you work at your own level in a safe and supportive environment. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose.Classes will include building strength in the core, balance in the body, as well as increasing flexibility and range of motion.
