Come and join me for a one hour yoga flow practice and a wonderful healing Crystal bowls and sound bath with beautiful Sam who will be joining us from Bicester for the evening.
We will do a deep flow practice, have a 30 min break with provided snacks and then settle for a one hour Healing sound bath. Bring blankets and pillows for this restful lying relaxation and deep meditation. You will be left feeling invigorated by the yoga and deeply relaxed by sound healing, they will continue to work their magic and aid a beautiful nights sleep
