We will share together some quiet nourishing time, to slow down, check in, and relax. With meditation/breathing and closing with a relaxation. The finishing time may vary slightly depending on the content of the session, I aim for 30 mins.

So get on your comfies, have soft lighting, blankets and cushions at the ready. maybe lighting a candle and using some of your favorite relaxing essential oils to get you in the mood for relaxing.
