Sarah Dilger
Sarah has practised yoga - on and off - throughout her all her adult life, and in recent years it has become an essential part of balancing the long days spent at a desk writing. She is drawn to the variety within yoga, and the sense that there is always more to explore.
She recently trained at Everybody Studio in Oxford. Her classes focus on building strength over time and creating space for students to move with both curiosity and compassion. Expect a supportive, accessible practice that encourages you to tune in to your body and breath and will leave you feeling grounded and energised.
