About Tide Yoga
Tide Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice that builds real, sustainable power from the inside out. Classes flow with a rhythmic, tidal quality — strong, steady, and deeply intentional. Rather than relying on speed or sweat - although there will be some of that! - Tide Yoga develops strength through mindful movement, controlled transitions, and moments of purposeful stillness. This is where true power grows: not in pushing harder, but in learning to move with awareness, stability, and presence and sitting with discomfort. More than a workout, Tide Yoga is a whole-body, whole-self practice designed to ground your mind, strengthen your body, and connect you to a deeper, calmer source of resilience.
I've been practicing yoga for over 10 years and qualified as a teacher in 2023. Since then, my practice and my teaching have continued to grow and evolve. What started as Yoga with Hannah has deepened into Tide Yoga—a reflection of this ongoing journey. My classes offer space for everyone: whether you're brand new to yoga and looking for a supportive introduction (see my beginners course), or you have an established practice and are ready to challenge yourself in new ways (see Dynamic Vinyasa & Strong Slow Flow).
