Vinyasa Yoga is an active and energetic form of yoga.

In Vinyasa classes, we practice sequences of yoga poses in a flow. Vinyasa creates a flow in the body that allows a break to the movements of the mind. Meaning, the more you move into your body, the less you are caught up in your thoughts, memories, worries and plans. And the more you are in the here and now, the present moment. It is essential for all of us to take a mental break and practicing Vinyasa is a great way to do that.

Yoga poses for strength and flexibility are combined in this relatively fast-paced flow. One of the main benefits is that the strong practice enables complete relaxation by the end of class.
Often a yoga practice is a reflection of one's inner world: how are your mind and body today? Emotions? Energy levels?
On and off the mat, you are the same you. When you learn to make choices in your practice, when you work together with your body, when you witness the progress of your yoga practice, you notice changes in other areas of your life.
Yoga in its core is an empowering practice, it encourages you to stay in touch with yourself and act out of honesty. It teaches you that every day is different, your mind and body don't always feel the same, but you learn to accept and work with what is. Knowing that it is enough. You are enough.

Consistency of practice will make all its benefits noticeable. Keep showing up for yourself.
