This yoga is designed by Michelle C. Garza. The emphasis in this class is to approach one's life and health from a place of laughter, gratitude and celebration. Healing Fusion uses chanting/singing, meditation, asana, dance movement, playfulness, and stillness to encourage every student to access their own healing power, and to lift themselves up. Classes vary greatly. Kundalini Yoga exercises, and sometimes full kriyas (with the tuning in process described above), are also used. This is a creative class; a chance for the individual to let go of self-imposed limitation and to enjoy their own journey. It is accessible to all, and designed to encourage those with physical or other limitations. These classes are 75 minutes. There is very often live music during shivasana.
